Everyone can benefit from AquaSonix Therapy
Can’t Swim? No Problem!
All AquaSonix Therapy sessions take place in therapy pools or the shallow end of warm water swimming pools and are supervised by trained and licensed therapists. As long as you qualify and can comfortably stand and move in waist to shoulder deep water, you can participate in our programs.
All exercises in the pool take place with your head above water. This means you can leave your contact lenses or glasses on and you hair will not get wet. Some splashing may occur however, so feel free to wear a bathing cap during the session.
